Challenge: Sierra Asasat is a fully integrated real estate services provider born from a partnership between Sonae Sierra and Asasat, operating in the United Arab Emirates. The company combines global expertise with local knowledge, covering the entire real estate lifecycle from development and design to management. The new brand needed an identity that could communicate scale, ambition and the connection between two established industry leaders.
Solution: The visual identity is built around the concept of foundations and growth. Asasat means “foundations” in Arabic, and the symbol draws from the letterforms of the “A”, whose lines grow, merge and expand to reflect the company’s vision of connecting people, ideas and opportunities. A vibrant colour palette reinforces the energy of the brand. The identity was applied across stationery, signage and digital, and complemented by a website designed to communicate Sierra Asasat’s integrated offer with clarity.
