Challenge: Selva is a new residential development in Marvila, Lisbon. Four buildings, 100 apartments, 500 metres from the Tagus. Mazarik and Dome Invest wanted a brand strong enough to set a new benchmark in the Lisbon real estate market, while staying true to the character of a neighbourhood where industrial heritage coexists with creative energy and natural surroundings. The brief called for something that went beyond architecture, a brand that could make people feel the green before they ever set foot inside.

Solution: We developed the visual identity around three core values: authenticity, community, and aspiration, expressed through the tagline Urban Living, Grounded in Nature. The name Selva set the direction: a brand that feels like green, not just looks like it. The visual system navigates the tension between the built and the natural through structured typography, organic textures, and an illustration language anchored in four pillars: Architecture, Nature, Human, and Wellness. The identity was rolled out across social media, print collateral, and brand launch materials.
