Our Role: Visual Identity

Challenge: Located at Rua da Escola Politécnica 100, in Lisbon, the Centro de Conhecimento Luiza Andaluz needed a visual identity for a new cultural space with an avant-garde ambition. The identity had to be distinctive, flexible and capable of adapting to a diverse cultural programme spanning music, exhibitions and events.

Solution: The logo takes the building’s number as its name and draws directly from the geometric forms of its facade. The “100” becomes a symbol that transforms across applications, a living mark that embraces each event it promotes. The visual system is built around this elasticity: static and structured when needed, dynamic and expressive when the programme demands it. A muted, versatile colour palette and a mix of classical and contemporary typography complete an identity that is cultured, adult and unapologetically modern.
